Diffusers

Our diffusers come in 100ml clear, round bottles with 5, black rattan reeds and are packaged in our Gatehouse presentation box.

It is advisable to turn the reeds every 3 to 5 days to maximise the fragrance.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from us. If for any reason you’re not happy with your items Gatehouse Candles operates a fair policy of accepting returns. 

Please advise us of your wish to return your goods, including the reason(s) why, by email to: sales@gatehousecandles.co.uk or by telephone: 07941 473766 within 7 days of delivery. 

Please include all details of your order within your email so that we can identify it correctly on our system. Once we have received your request we will get in touch to let you know how to go about returning your items or issue a refund.

All orders are sent from the UK using the services of Hermes or the Post Office. The delivery cost will be added to your order at the checkout and is set at £2.99 per order (UK Mainland Only).

The delivery rates quoted include packaging.
